120th Anniversary Celebration
Plans are underway for the celebration of our 120th anniversary on July 5. Following the service we will take a congregational picture on the steps of the church. Then we will meet at the Lion’s Park in town for a barbeque lunch, consisting of hamburgers and hotdogs, followed by a brief program. We are looking for 10 salads to add to the lunch so if you have a favorite you would like to bring along, please contact Rhonda de Hoop. There will be a free will offering to help with all the costs. In the event of inclement weather, we will gather in the church basement. Jan Schulz made a 120th anniversary banner which will be dedicated at the worship service on May 3. A poster outlining the events for that day will be emailed to all the families and we ask that you pass it along to other family members that may be interested.
